Not something I thought I’d ever hear myself say, but I am looking forward to my Fast Day tomorrow. We’ve had so much socialising going on this last week that I feel pretty gross as I sit here typing- too much food and too much drink. But sadly, I can’t just blame the socialising- my eating this weekend has been a tad out of control. I blame the hormones, because I know I’m not hungry but I can’t seem to stop myself.
So I’m looking forward to the Fast Day tomorrow, hoping it will reset my appetite. Dread weigh-in day. :S
