Well, I’m not really surprised at this, considering that we ate out Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday this week. Am pretty sure 2 days Fasting can’t cancel out THAT much extra food and drink.
Am not too disheartened as I was expecting this, and because that much eating out was extremely unusual for us, so now that we’re back to normal I should (hopefully) see the weight start coming off. Mostly am just a bit embarrassed that I have to post that I gained weight!!!
