Hello and welcome!
This is my first ever blog. I’ve decided to start keeping a blog so that I can easily keep track of my diet and life, all in the one place. Previously I’ve been old-skool and just used a notepad and pen, but as my previous attempts at monitoring my food intake have not been particularly successful, I didn’t want to associate this with them. I am also hoping that this blog, being “out there,” will help keep me accountable and spur me on if the going gets tough.
